Terral River Service announces the hiring of Rick Easterling as Port Captain for vessels operating along the Lower Mississippi River.

Barry Stokes has joined Terral River Service’s Business Development team and will market the company’s Marine and Service divisions. He has more than 18 years of business development experience, working primarily with government contractors in the southeastern U.S. and Washington DC areas.
