Terral RiverService is proud to announce our featured employee for September, Mickey Orear. Mickey is currently a Captain on M/V Kim King, but he didn’t start that way. He began as a deckhand and over ten years worked his way to steersman then to pilot and now captain. He is proud to have learned the job hands-on and of how he worked his way up the ladder.

“It’s been a good experience, a good career. Terral is an awesome company to work for; they take care of their people,” Mickey says. TRS is grateful for Mickey’s hard work and to have been a part of his education by sending him to school for his license. When Mickey isn’t on the water, he likes spending time with his kids and working on his honey-do list
