Thomas Addington is CEO of Brand Villages, which advises senior leadership and organization boards on complex strategic issues.
Addington holds a Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to his consulting work he served on the faculties of the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Arkansas.
He divides his time between the United States, United Kingdom and Asia, where past and present clients include Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), Proctor & Gamble, Oxford Analytica, Saatchi & Saatchi X, Keppel, JB Hunt and Terral RiverService, among others.
Brand Villages also works with a host of non-profit organizations.
As part of his effort to understand how senior leaders think and work Addington has regular face-to-face conversations with individuals like Peter Drucker, Patrick Lencioni (best-selling business author), Larry Bossidy (CEO, Honeywell), Mike Duke (CEO, Walmart), and Donald Trump.
Addington is co-author of a number of books and serves on numerous for-profit and non-profit organizational boards.
Rollie Anderson, President & CEO of Anderson Trucking Service, Inc., received his B.S. degree in Business Administration/Math & Economics from the University of Minnesota. He served in the United States Air Force as first Lieutenant and Chief of Data Automation until 1972.

Mark Greenway serves as senior vice president of Human Resources at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. Greenway is responsible for the health and welfare benefit plan design and strategy, hiring, and the training and development of a workforce of more than 15,000 employees.
Over the past 23 years at J.B. Hunt, he has held various management and operations positions including working in risk management and customer service.
Greenway received his bachelor’s degree in natural science from the University of Arkansas. Previously, he served as a president of the Southwest Benefits Association, a non-profit educational association, and now serves on the board of directors for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Greenway is involved in several charitable organizations and is a member of the advisory board for the Center of Relationship Enrichment at John Brown University. He also serves on the board of directors of the Global Restoration Trading Co., an organization committed to enhancing the spiritual and physical lives of people in underdeveloped communities throughout the world.
Greenway has written numerous articles on topics ranging from compensation strategies to health care initiatives, and he has been featured in various magazines for his leadership in the human resources field.
Alan Johnson resides at Big Sky, Montana. He has been married to Becky for 39 years, with two adult children and two grandchildren, all in Minnesota.
He retired December 2008 after over 35 years with Wells Fargo Bank.
He has held a variety of management and senior management positions in Montana, Minnesota, Indiana and Oregon, including Regional President of the Indiana/Ohio region and Regional President of Oregon and SW Washington. He served on the board of directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Portland Branch.
He has also served on numerous not-for-profit boards, including Bethel University (Minnesota), United Way, Portland Art Museum, the Oregon Business Council and Big Sky Christian Fellowship.
Currently, he is a part-time Executive Coach for Business Efficacy, Inc., Minneapolis, MN. He is a graduate of Montana State University and The Pacific Coast Banking School.
His personal interests include fly fishing, golf and travel.
James W. Moore, Jr. is a business executive, and hotel owner and developer, from Monroe, Louisiana. Mr. Moore previously served as President and Owner of Moore Oil Company LLC, a family business with a history that dated its beginnings to the 1940’s. Shortly after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northeast Louisiana University in 1971, Mr. Moore joined his father in the company’s business office in Monroe.
He served as Vice President of Kellogg-Moore Oil Company from 1972 to 1976, when he became Owner and President. In the 1980’s and 90’s, Mr. Moore expanded the business, now named Moore Oil Company, Inc., to include convenience stores with locations throughout North and Central Louisiana.
In 1994, Mr. Moore partnered with Dewey F. Weaver, Jr., founder and owner of InterMountain Management LLC, a hotel management company also based in Monroe.
In 2006, Mr. Moore sold Moore Oil Company LLC in order to focus on hotel development and public service. He is Past President of the Ouachita Valley Council of Boy Scouts and Past President of the Monroe Jaycees. He has also served as Chairman of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Monroe-West Monroe Convention & Visitors Bureau. Mr. Moore has also served on numerous advisory boards including the Northeast Louisiana Economic Development Interim Board and Governor Bobby Jindal’s Ethics Reform Transition Committee.
In 2008, Governor Jindal appointed Mr. Moore to the Board of Supervisors of the Louisiana State University System as a representative for the 5th Congressional District. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Moore served as Chairman of the LSU Board of Supervisors.
Mr. Moore and his wife, Lynn, divide their time between their homes in Monroe and Baton Rouge, and are the devoted parents of three.
