We’re proud to welcome Jim Smith as Terral’s new Director of Safety and Compliance. Jim brings a distinguished career spanning over two decades in maritime safety, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership. As former Director of Compliance at Magnolia Marine Transport, he led critical initiatives in crisis management, auditing, and policy development. Most recently, as Vice President of Business Services at E3 Environmental, he drove strategic growth and led high-level client and vendor operations. A U.S. Coast Guard veteran and University of Florida graduate, Jim is a respected leader known for his ability to build strong safety cultures and drive organizational excellence. We’re confident Jim will be a tremendous asset to Terral as we continue to prioritize safety, integrity, and performance across all operations.
