Molly is coming to us with a wealth of experience in Human Resources, including benefits management, recruitment, and employee engagement. For over 15 years Molly has fostered professional relationships starting with the USDA where she worked with Alabama farmers. Most recently, she has worked within the healthcare industry supporting nurses, who are the beating heart of America’s medical system.

Molly and her family moved from Alabama to Mississippi five years ago, but rest assured they still yell WAR EAGLE with pride. Music is a second language in her home along with the vintage black and white films of the fifties and sixties.
