We have officially launched our Apprentice Mate Steersmen Internship Program, investing in the future of our wheelhouse leadership. Through the program, Steersmen are gaining a better understanding of how our vessels and office departments work together, while also sharing their knowledge and experience with new hires. This internship focuses on developing leadership, communication, teamwork, responsibility, and a strong work ethic—skills that will prepare them for greater responsibilities in the wheelhouse.
