Please join us in welcoming Philip Windham as Terral’s new Lake Providence Site Manager.

Philip brings a strong and diverse background, including 18 years with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and experience in pipeline inspection. He also owned and operated a trucking company from 2019 to 2026 and is currently co-owner of Pioneer Roasted Grain.

We’re excited to have Philip on board and look forward to the leadership and experience he brings to the Lake Providence site.
