The 2020 class of employees completing the TRS Steersman Program recently graduated. Eight individuals are now set to advance to the pilot house. They completed the 18-month minimum requirement for working at Terral and the four weeks of license preparation. The 2021 class of 6 will begin their training in March. The Steersman program was initiated in 2005 and has had a huge impact on our boat operations. More than half of our wheelhouse personnel have come through the program, many starting on the deck.
