Richard Spinner, Operator at Terral RiverService, Inc., has been with the company for 2 years.

Prior to coming to Terral, he worked in welding but wanted to work somewhere where he saw himself having a long-term career.

“Everywhere you work as both good and bad aspects,” he said. “You have to let the good outweigh the bad, and that is by far what I have at Terral.”

His favorite aspect of working for Terral is the tight-knit community.

“It’s family-oriented,” he said. “They really believe that family comes first over everything.”
