Owensboro expands Fertilizer Sales & Marketing team

Terral River Service, Inc is pleased to announce that Melissa Ling has accepted a Fertilizer Sales & Marketing supporting position effective March 4, 2013 and will be based at our newly leased Yellow Banks River Terminal, Owensboro, KY.

Melissa has 17 years of experience in both retail and wholesale agricultural distribution holding such duties as with Miles Enterprises and most recently with Crop Production Services, Inc. as; Office Manager, Sales, Assistant Retail Manager, Crop Protection Marketing Coordinator and is also licensed as crop insurance sales agent. Melissa has well rounded knowledge and experience on fertilizer, seed, and crop protection from the distribution supply chain all the way down to the grower level. Her diverse experience and relationships developed will be very valuable as Terral grows and expands their footprint into the Ohio Valley Region.

Melissa has been married for 15 years to Mark Ling, and they have been blessed with 4 wonderful children: Rileigh 15, Trevor 11, Brooklynn 5, and Addison 3. The Ling family resides in Rockport, IN.

Melissa graduated from Owensboro Community College in 2005 with an Associates of Applied Science Degree.
