Terral’s HR Department is growing! Kim Adcock joined the team as Terral’s Employee Benefits Specialist in February 2026 and has been doing an amazing job! Kim relocated to Vicksburg from Dallas, Texas a couple of years ago after marrying her husband, who works as a welder with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Mat Sinking Unit.

Kim brings experience in construction accounting, project coordination, and business operations. Prior to joining Terral, she worked with The Sunray Companies, supporting renovation projects and helping launch Storage Nutz in Hammond, Louisiana. Her self-storage industry expertise played a key role in establishing processes and guiding the successful startup of the new venture.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kim has already proven to be a great asset. Kim enjoys building strong relationships and providing support across diverse teams and communities.
